How do I take HAVN1?
Take 3 capsules once daily. Each serving provides 275 mg of magnesium from magnesium glycinate. One bottle contains 90 capsules, enough for 30 daily servings. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
When will I feel something?
There is no guaranteed timeline. A 28-day study of magnesium bisglycinate found a modest improvement in self-reported sleep in adults who reported poor sleep. That study tested the ingredient, not HAVN1. Results vary from person to person.
Does HAVN1 contain melatonin?
No. HAVN1 contains magnesium glycinate and is melatonin-free. The formula supports restful sleep, calm, and relaxation. It is not intended to treat a sleep disorder.
What makes magnesium glycinate different?
Magnesium glycinate pairs magnesium with the amino acid glycine. We chose this chelated form for its high bioavailability. A daily serving of HAVN1 provides 275 mg of magnesium from 2,500 mg of magnesium glycinate.
