We ship HAVN1 to supported US addresses. Shipping is free on every order.
Where orders ship
HAVN1 is fulfilled in the United States through Supliful. Available destinations are shown at checkout; we do not currently offer international delivery.
Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether fulfillment has already started.
Shipment timing and delays
Any shipment estimate shown with your order applies to that purchase. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from the date an order leaves the fulfillment location.
If we cannot ship by the stated deadline, or within 30 days when no deadline was given, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation option. We will obtain any consent required to keep the order open or cancel it and issue the refund required by law.
Order updates
You can check your order in your account. For delivery or tracking help, contact Support with the email used at checkout and your order number, if available.
If a package is missing, damaged or contains the wrong product, tell us so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider. See our returns and refunds policy for the guarantee and your refund options.
