What you authorize

Subscribe & Save is a recurring purchase from Pharmatura UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By choosing it and agreeing at checkout, you authorize the first payment and subsequent automatic payments through Stripe until you pause or cancel. A one-time purchase creates no subscription.

Prices and timing

One bottle costs $29.99 for the first delivery, then $49.99 every 30 days. Two bottles cost $54.98 total for the first delivery, then $94.98 total every 30 days. Applicable tax is added; US shipping is free.

The first renewal is scheduled 30 days after the first payment. Billing follows that schedule, rather than the delivery date or the number of capsules you have taken. The two-bottle plan contains a 30-night supply for each of two people; it does not change the billing interval to 60 days.

Pause or cancel

Open your subscriptions to pause or cancel future renewals at any time. Complete the change before the next scheduled charge to stop that renewal. If you cannot access your account or the change fails, contact us through the contact form.

Pausing stops future renewals while the subscription is on hold. Resuming schedules the next charge 30 days later. Canceling ends future renewals, and the canceled subscription does not restart automatically.

Orders already paid for remain due for delivery. Pausing or canceling does not automatically refund those orders; the refund policy still applies. Refunding an order also does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Payment and delivery details

Open your subscriptions to update your saved payment method through Stripe. Keep it current so a payment problem does not interrupt your subscription.

Open your subscriptions to see and change the delivery address for each subscription before its next renewal. Your general account address book is separate. Contact us if a move changes the tax on your renewal or if an order has already been paid for.
