Buying from HAVN

HAVN is operated by Pharmatura UG (haftungsbeschränkt). These terms cover purchases through our store. You must be an adult able to enter a purchase contract, provide accurate contact and delivery details, and have permission to use the payment method you provide.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the products, quantities, discounts, applicable tax and total before payment. Free US shipping applies to every order. Review your order and address before continuing to payment.

A one-time purchase does not renew. A subscription authorizes recurring charges and deliveries under the terms shown at checkout and in our subscription terms. Promotional first-delivery prices do not apply to later deliveries unless the offer says so.

If an order cannot be supplied or a price error affects it, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a higher charge without your agreement, and any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded.

Product information and use

HAVN1 is a dietary supplement. Follow the label directions and cautions. Website information and customer experiences are not personal medical advice, and individual results vary.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Delivery, refunds and subscriptions

Read our shipping policy for delivery information and refund policy for the 30-Night Sleep-On-It Guarantee. The guarantee provides a full refund within 30 nights of delivery, with no return shipment required.

Canceling future subscription renewals does not automatically refund an order already paid for. Request a refund separately if needed. A refund does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals.

Your account and use of the site

Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if someone has used your account without permission. Do not use the site for fraud, interfere with its operation, access another person's account, or present yourself as HAVN without authorization.

Purchases through the consumer store are for personal use.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you. Updates appear on this page with a revised date; an update does not by itself change the agreed terms of an existing paid order or subscription.
